Luna (Isabela)

Luna (Filipino: Bayan ng Luna ) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Isabela, Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 18,091 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 19 barangays. It is classified as a community of the fifth income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

Luna is located in the center of the province. It lies at the foot of the mountain massif of the Cordillera Central in the west and the Sierra Madre in the east, in the valley of the Cagayan and Magat Rivers. It is located 371 km north of Manila and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway. The nearest airport is in Cauayan City, this is sometimes served by the airline Cebu Pacific four a week. Your neighboring municipalities are Burgos in the north, Reina Mercedes in the east, Cauayan City in the south, Aurora, Cabatuan and in the West.
