Santiago City (Filipino: Lungsod ng Santiago) is a Philippine component city and capital of the administrative region II, Cagayan Valley. Santiago City is located in the province of Isabela, however, is an independent Province Free big city and is assigned only for statistical purposes in the province. Santiago City is located in the southwest of the province and the topography is characterized by a flat terrain.
