San Isidro (Filipino: Bayan ng San Isidro ) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Isabela, Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 22,758 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 13 barangays. It is classified as a community of the fifth income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.
San Isidro is located in the south of the province, in the valley of Cagayan. It lies at the foot of the massif of the Cordillera Central. It is located 339 km north of Manila and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway.
