Quirino (Isabela)

Quirino (Filipino: Bayan ng Quirino ) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Isabela, Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 22 285 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 21 barangays. It is classified as the fourth income class municipality in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

Quirino lies in the northern center of the province. The municipality lies in the plane of Cagayan. It is located 400 km north of Manila and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway.
