Santa Maria (Isabela)

Santa Maria (Filipino: Bayan ng Quirino ) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Isabela, Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 22 939 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 20 barangays. It is classified as the fourth income class municipality in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

Santa Maria is located in the far north of the province. The municipality lies in the plane of Cagayan and 448 kilometers north of Manila. It is accessible via the Marhalika Highway.
