1982 ICC Trophy
The ICC Trophy 1982 was the qualifying tournament of the non-test nations for the Cricket World Cup 1983. The tournament was held between 16 June and 10 July 1982 in England. Winner was Zimbabwe, which was able to win in the final against Bermuda with 5 wickets and thus qualify for the World Cup.

Format
The 16 teams were divided into two groups of eight teams. Their group winners and runners- qualified for the semifinals. Their winners qualified for the final, the winner of which is qualified for the World Cup.
