19th Golden Raspberry Awards
The Golden Raspberry Awards 1999 ( 19th Annual Razzie Awards) was awarded on 20 March 1999, the eve of the Oscar ceremony at the Huntley Hotel Garden Room in Santa Monica, California.
The films Burn Hollywood and The Avengers and melon received a total of nine nominations prior to the event. The most Golden Raspberries (five) ultimately received Burn Hollywood. ( Psycho and Godzilla for the worst remake or sequel The Avengers and melon) is unique in the history of the Golden Raspberry is until today the awarding of three Golden Raspberries in a category.
