2006 Little League World Series

The Little League World Series 2006 was the 60th edition of the Little League Baseball World Series, an international baseball tournament for boys 11 to 12 years. It was played like every year in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Participant

The 16 teams playing in four groups of four teams each FFA. The top two teams then play in qualifying matches for the title.

Group A
  • Great Lakes scored the first rank due to the better ratio of allowed runs. East won the second place due to the direct encounter with the West.

Group B

  • New England achieved the second rank due to the direct encounter with West.

Internationally

Group C

1 The game against Pacific Latin America was canceled on August 19, in the 8th inning because of rain and ended on August 21.
