1996 Little League World Series

The Little League World Series 1996 was the 50th staging of the Little League Baseball World Series, an international baseball tournament for boys 11 to 12 years. It was played in South Williamsport.

For the team from Chinese Taipei, this was one of the last appearances for a long time. In April 1997, the national organizers of Taiwan shared that they send no more teams to the Little League World Series more, as they were of the opinion that this tournament was no longer compatible with the national sports promotion. In addition, they no longer saw themselves comply with the regulations of the LLWS able. Not until 2003 that another team was sent.
