2011–12 Bundesliga (women)
The 2011/12 season was the 22nd season of the football league for women. The season began on 21 August, 2011 and ended with the final matchday on 28 May 2012. Was German champion on the final holders 1 FFC Turbine Potsdam with three -point lead over VfL Wolfsburg. For Potsdam it was the fourth title in series and the sixth overall German Championship in history. Potsdam and Wolfsburg qualified for the Champions League.
