Life

Bogomolov is a son of former tennis player and coach of the Soviet national team Alex Bogomolov senior. The Bogomolov family moved in 1992 to Miami. Bogomolov was a time Anna Kurnikowas training partner, and was, until 2006, married in 2004 with the tennis player Ashley Harkleroad. He is now remarried and has a son.

Career

Alex Bogomolov Jr. played as a teenager for the United States Tennis Association and won the 1998 " USTA National Boys' 16 Championships " when he defeated Andy Roddick in the final.
