Belle International Holdings Limited is the leading manufacturer and retailer of footwear and distributor of sports apparel in the People's Republic of China. The group of companies based in Hong Kong is listed on the London Stock Exchange in the Hang Seng Commercial & Industrial Index since September 6, 2010.

The company was founded in Hong Kong in 1978 operates 10,315 owned outlets in China and nearly 200 outlets in Hong Kong and Macau (June 2010).

The manufacture and distribution of footwear make 61.8 % of sales, with the majority attributable to the own brands of the company. The distribution of foreign brands and foreign manufacturing for other shoe brands have a share of 5.3%.

Sales of sports apparel corresponds to 38.2 % of the turnover. Since 2006, Belle International is the exclusive distributor for adidas and Nike in the field of the Chinese mainland. With this exclusive partnership Belle International generates a third of its total revenue. In addition, Belle International distributes the brands Kappa, Puma, Converse, Reebok, Mizuno, Li Ning and other brands that have a share of 5.3 % of total sales.
