Bernd Gröne

Bernd Grönemeyer ( born February 19, 1963 in Recklinghausen ) is a former German professional cyclist.

At the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, he won with a time of 4:32:25 h the silver medal in the road race over 196.8 kilometers behind Olaf Ludwig. He was also a 1988 German champion in road cycling in the amateurs and repeated this success in 1993 in the pros.

By the year 1995, he drove for Team Telekom.
