The Buffalo Township is one of 24 townships in Ogle County in the north of the U.S. state of Illinois.

Geography

The Buffalo Township is located in northern Illinois about 60 km south of the Wisconsin border. The Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa, is located around 55 km to the west.

The Buffalo Township is located at 41 ° 59'08 " north latitude and 89 ° 34'12 " west longitude and extending over 87.42 km ².

The Buffalo Township is located in the central south-west of Ogle County and is bordered to the north by the Lincoln Township, in the northeast of the Mount Morris Township, on the east by the Pine Creek Township, on the south by the Woosung Township, on the west by the Eagle Point Township and to the northwest by the Brookville Township.

Traffic
