Casevecchie

Casevecchie ( Corsican: Casevechje ) is a municipality with a population of 65 (as of January 1, 2011 ), in Haute -Corse in the Corsica region.

History

Pope Gregory the Great had built here in the 6th century, one of the first Corsican convents. Today, there is a chapel in the Roman style.
