The coat of arms of Fiji in use since July 4, 1908.

Description

About a silver, geviertes by a red St. George's Cross escutcheon a red shield with a golden head, a silver coconut entertaining, the British lion.

Above the shield on a silver- red Helmwulst a natural-colored Fijian outrigger, a so-called Takia.

Left and right of the shield are two local people in war gear, which serve as a plate holder. They are equipped with a traditional loincloth, the right person with a spear, the left with a club. They stand on a banner, on which the Fiji National motto of Fiji is:
