Eric Fehr

Eric Fehr ( born September 7, 1985 in Winkler, Manitoba ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since January 2013 at the Washington Capitals in the National Hockey League contract.

Career

The 1.93 m wide winger began his career with the Brandon Wheat Kings in the Canadian junior Western Hockey League before he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2003 as 18th in the first round by the Washington Capitals. In the Wheat Kings jersey Fehr ran between 2000 and 2005 to 339 in games. In his last year in the league, he won the Bob Clarke Trophy as the next leading scorer, the Four Broncos Memorial Trophy as the best player of the season.
