Residents Fuchsmühls had the right to bring in the forests of Baron von Zoller wood. The conflict began around 1860, but in 1873 a court upheld the old law. 1892 forbade Mr. Zoller nevertheless timber extraction and offered for the ancient rights of 90,000 marks.

This amount appeared to Fuchsmühlern much too low. However, a court in Weiden gave Zoller law. Now a new two -year process, during which time the Fuchsmühler farmers received no wood, Zoller but sold wood worth 3000 Mark was born.

Lawsuits, counter suits, process and legal fees had impoverished many Fuchsmühler so that they in the final analysis looked after judgment no other way, than the so-called "general march " to adopt and beat the them their opinion right conferred wood.
