Geography

Geographical location

The community of peers is located southeast of Göttingen, west-southwest of Duderstadt and north-northwest of Heiligenstadt. The larger, western part of the municipality lies in the natural area Reinhäuser forest. History

Mayor

Theater

In the Brothers Grimm fairy tale forest stage Bremke Festival for Children are listed each year. Performance period is from mid -May to mid-September. The forest stage was built in 1949 by the villagers.

Natural Monuments
