GTECH SpA ( until June 2013 Lottomatica Group) is a company from Italy, based in Rome. The company is listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan FTSE MIB. Lottomatica is one of the largest providers of lotteries. The company employs around 7,500 people in over 50 countries

On 29 August 2006, the former Lottomatica acquired the GTech Corporation. Lottomatica respectively Gtech have on 31 January 2008 50 %, with 100 % in July 2008, the Group acquired Atronic of the Gauselmann Group.
