Impruneta

Impruneta is a municipality in the Province of Florence in Tuscany, Italy with 14,782 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2012).

Geography

The municipality covers 48 km ². It is located about 17 km south of Florence on the river Greve.

The districts include Bagnolo, quintuplet, Le Rose, Pozzolatico, mezzo Monte, Baruffi and Tavarnuzze.

The neighboring municipalities are Bagno a Ripoli, Florence, Greve in Chianti, San Casciano in Val di Pesa and Scandicci.

Policy
