Jacinto Vera, Montevideo

Jacinto Vera is a neighborhood ( barrio ) of the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo.

The surrounding neighborhoods are from north clockwise starting Brazo Oriental, Mercado Modelo y Bolívar, Larrañaga, La Comercial La Figurita. The eastern boundary of the Barrios to the Convention therein Larrañaga largely forms the leading thence along Bulevar Artigas. The name of the neighborhood, which mainly serves as a residential area of ​​the middle class, is due to the same first Catholic Bishop of Montevideo, Jacinto Vera.
