Sayago, Montevideo

Sayago is a neighborhood ( barrio ) of the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo.

It is bordered by the neighborhoods Colón Centro y Noroeste (north), Peñarol ( north and east ), Paso de las Duranas (south / southeast), Belvedere ( south / southwest), Nuevo París ( west) and Conciliación (west) surrounded.

Infrastructure

The Agriculture and Fisheries Ministry ( Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca ) is located in the Barrio.

Education

In Sayago is the Agricultural Faculty of the Universidad de la República.

Leisure

In Sayago the football club Racing is home since 1941, which plays its home games at the Estadio Osvaldo Roberto there. In addition, the first division basketball club Club Social y Deportivo Sayago is located here.

Traffic
