Jump the Gun (band)

Jump the Gun was an Irish pop-rock band. She was selected to represent Ireland at the Euro Vision Song Contest 1988 in Dublin. With the title Take Him Home she reached the eighth place. The two albums that are still the group released, however, were less successful.

The members were: Peter Eades (keyboards, vocals), Eric Sharpe (bass, vocals), Brian O'Reilly (drums), Ciaran Wilde ( saxophone) and Roy Taylor ( guitar).
