Sheeba

Sheeba was an Irish girl group that existed from 1977 to 1984. The members were the singers Maxi, Marion Fossett and Frances Campbell.

After a not gained participation in the Irish pre-selection for Euro Vision Song Contest 1978, she could emerge as the victor in 1981. They were therefore represented Ireland in their home country at the Euro Vision Song Contest 1981. The pop song Horoscopes reached there in tenth place in the Irish charts Place 3 Following the release of some singles and various appearances they tried, however, to win in 1982 and 1984, again in the Irish preselection without a victory.
