Liam Reilly

Liam Reilly ( born January 29, 1955 in Dundalk) is an Irish singer-songwriter.

From the late 1970s he was lead singer of the Irish rock band Bagatelle. He renounced the mid-1980s to start a solo career. In 1988, he finished second in the Irish preselection for the Euro Vision Song Contest, but two years later he won and therefore represented Ireland at the Euro Vision Song Contest 1990 in Zagreb. With the self-composed song Somewhere in Europe, he finished second. A year later he returned to the contest back as a composer of Could it be that I'm in love, the Irish Post - sung by Kim Jackson - who won the tenth place.
