Karlovac County
The County of Karlovac [ karlɔʋats ] (Croatian Karlovačka županija ) is a county in central Croatia. It covers the wider area of the south-west of Zagreb and Karlovac town is bordered on the north by Slovenia, to the south by Bosnia - Herzegovina. It has an area of 3622 km ² and 128 899 inhabitants ( 2011 census ). Council is based in Karlovac.
