The list of communities in the province of Gauteng leads all municipalities (Local Municipalities ) in the South African province of Gauteng.
Gauteng is divided into three districts ( District Municipalities ) with a total of nine gminas. In the district of West Rand there is a right the district administration under standing area ( District Management Area, DMA), the Sterkfontein DMA. DMAs are characterized by their very low population and often belong to national parks or nature reserves. The DMA in Gauteng has about 13 inhabitants per square kilometer.
