List of railways in Croatia

This is a list of the Railroads of the Republic of Croatia. Here all Kursbuch routes and their sections are listed in Croatia, including inactive routes and course book by the civil war destroyed distances. Also special freight routes course book used exclusively for access to freight stations (Zagreb and Vinkovci Ranžirni kolodvor Teretni Kolodvor ), are listed.

Route classification and numbering are due to the decision of the Government of Croatia on the classification of Railroads ( Odluka o razvrstavanju željezničkih Pruga ) of 12 July 2006 and the decision of the Croatian Government on amending and supplementing the Decision on the Classification of Railroads ( Odluka o izmjeni i dopuni Odluke o razvrstavanju željezničkih Pruga ) from 1 February 2007.

Official name rules

  • M - routes of international importance ( highways, intercity rail )
  • R - routes of regional significance ( regional train )
  • L - routes of local importance ( local railway )

Under terms:

  • I - International route
  • II - routes of international importance that touch on more than two states
  • MP - Magistralstrecke
  • MG - Magistralzweigstrecke

  • Plomin Luka to the mine, 600 mm, single-lane, ~ 12km
  • Kanfanara - Rovinj, 1435 mm, single-lane, 20.8 km
  • Salvela limit ( Slovenia ) - Poreč, 760 mm. lane 79.4 km, local railway Trieste- Parenzo, route and scheduled to Fuškulin, Dračevac and Mrgani to Kanfanar, but never built.
