Mariella Farré

Mariella Farré (* 1963 in the canton of Thurgau; actually Gabriella ricamato - Filomeno ) is a Swiss singer.

Biography

Born the daughter of a Swiss and an Italian, she grew up with three siblings in Schaffhausen. Her first stage experience she gained at various music festivals, at age 15 she went for the first time emerged as the winner of one of these competitions.

In 1983 she took part in Switzerland on Euro Vision Song Contest after winning the national qualifying round. Two years earlier, she failed in the preliminary, in which it was sixth. At the competition in Munich in 1983, it reached their song Io così non ci sto (Eng. " I disagree " ) 15th place
