Martin Stoll ( born February 9, 1983 in Heidelberg ) is a German footballer who is mostly used as a central defender.

Career

Youth in Baden- Württemberg

His footballing career started in the native Heidelberger Stoll in neighboring Aglasterhausen, where he was a member of the VfB Breitenbronn from the same district was formally. Breakthrough at Karlsruher SC

Stoll as a reservist in Karlsruhe

In the further course of the first round in 2005/ 06 Stoll lost meanwhile his regular place to Carsten Roth Bach. But even in the Bundesliga Stoll could not prevail in the Karlsruhe team. 2007/ 08 he came to only eight in 2008/ 09 then to a further ten appearances for the first team, while he still played eight games for the reserve team in the same period. Although Karlsruhe again relegated in the summer of 2009 to the 2nd Bundesliga and Stoll's opportunities on further missions thus increased, it opted for a change in Switzerland, where he found a new employer in the FC Aarau.

Stations in Aarau to Rostock

In Aarau Stoll initially received a three -year contract, and came in the 2009 /10 Super League for a total of 31 missions. Initially under coach Jeff Saibene, then Martin Andermatt and last under Ranko Jakovljevic, however, failed the club to keep the class why Stoll's contract lost its validity in the summer of 2010.

Stoll was initially no new employer and trained in the meantime with the reserve team of Karlsruher SC, to keep fit.
