Panionios G.S.S.

Panionios Athens is a Greek sports club based in Athens. In addition to football, basketball and volleyball department offers Panionios at the sports handball, judo, athletics, chess, swimming, gymnastics and water polo. After Panathinaikos and AEK Athens Panionios is biggest and most popular club.

The club was founded on 1 January 1890. He was an initiative of a hundred men of the Musikverein " Orpheas ".
