Paris Half Marathon
The Paris Half Marathon (French Semi- Marathon de Paris ) is a half-marathon, held annually since 1993 in March in Paris. He is like the Paris Marathon of Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO ) and is organized according to this, the largest number of participants running event in France.
Start and finish the route, which runs through the eastern Paris, in front of the castle of Vincennes. About the Avenue Daumesnil westwards into the city of Paris, and after a turn to the north on the Place de la Nation and the Rue du Faubourg Saint -Antoine to the Place de la Bastille. Next, follow the Rue de Rivoli to the Boulevard de Sebastopol, where the westernmost point of the track is reached. Immediately after you reach the Place de l' Hôtel- de -Ville with the town hall and then the Seine, you follow upstream to the Boulevard Henri IV, on the you can go back to the Place de la Bastille. The Avenue Daumesnil you follow to the Place Félix Éboué happens Boulevard périphérique south of the Porte de Charenton and crosses in the last quarter of the Bois de Vincennes.
