Primero de Mayo Department

The department Primero de Mayo is located in the eastern part of the province of Chaco in the north- western Argentina and is one of 25 administrative units in the province.

It is bordered to the north by the Department of Libertador General San Martín, on the east by the department of Bermejo, on the south by the department of San Fernando and the Corrientes Province and the west by the departments Libertad, General Donovan and Sargento Cabral.

The capital of the department Primero de Mayo Margarita Belén.
