Province of Siena

The Siena ( Italien. Provincia di Siena) province is a province of Tuscany. Capital is Siena. It has 267 200 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in 36 municipalities covering an area of ​​3821 km ².

Geography

The province is bordered on the north by the province of Florence, in the northeast of the province of Arezzo, on the east by Umbria ( Perugia and Terni ), to the south by Lazio ( province of Viterbo) and the province of Grosseto and on the west by the province of Pisa.
