Ranguevaux

Ranguevaux ( German Ranked Wall ) is a commune with 767 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region. It belongs to the district of Thionville -Ouest and the Canton Hayange.

Geography

Ranguevaux is located southwest of Thionville, at an altitude 205-356 m above sea level. The municipality covers 10.17 km ².

History

The town was incorporated from 1971 to 1987 in Hayange.
