The Red Bull RB9 is the Formula 1 racecar of Infiniti Red Bull Racing for the 2013 Formula 1 season. He is the ninth Formula 1 cars of the team. The car was unveiled on February 3, 2013 in Milton Keynes. The presentation was broadcast live on the Internet platform YouTube.

Technology and Development

The RB9 is the successor and an evolution of the RB8. Externally, the vehicle differs only in a few details from its predecessor. However, many parts have been revised, increases the rigidity of the front wing, among others. The " nasal hump " is only minimally hidden by the newly introduced Eitelkeitsblende. Is powered developed by Adrian Newey car from a " Renault RS27 - 2013", said V8 engine with 2.4 liter displacement, which develops an output of 550 kW ( ≈ 750 bhp). The basic colors of Red Bull RB9 are dark blue and purple. Driver
