Roman Catholic Diocese of León

The Diocese of León (Latin: Dioecesis Legionensis ) is a location in Spain Roman Catholic diocese based in León.

History

The bishopric of León was built in the 4th century. As a result of the Islamic expansion was under the diocese of León. There were no bishops are appointed for Leon.
