Rosario de Lerma Department

The department Rosario de Lerma is located in the center of the province of Salta in northwestern Argentina and is one of the 23 administrative units in the province.

It is bordered to the north by the province of Jujuy, to the east by the department of La Caldera, the department capital and the Department of Cerrillos, to the south by the Departamento Chicoana and to the west by the department of Cachi and the Departamento La Poma.

The capital of the department of the same name is Rosario de Lerma.
