Ryan Jones (ice hockey)
Ryan Jones ( born June 14, 1984 in Chatham, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since March 2010 by the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League contract.
Career
Ryan Jones was selected in the fourth round during the NHL Entry Draft in 2004 when a total of 111 players from the Minnesota Wild. He then played four years for the ice hockey team of Miami University. Towards the end of the 2007/ 08 Jones made his debut in professional hockey when he. On 1 July 2008, the Canadian was issued along with a second-round vote in the NHL Entry Draft in 2009 in exchange for Marek Židlický to the Nashville Predators. The 2008/09 season began the first attacker in the squad of their AHL farm team, the Milwaukee Admirals, but he was appointed during the season in the NHL Predators squad. His first goal in the National Hockey League scoring Jones on October 15, 2008 against the Dallas Stars.
The Nashville Predators put him on 3 March 2010 on the Waiverliste, was acquired by Jones of the Edmonton Oilers.
