Safari Rally
The Safari Rally is considered by many as the toughest rally.
She was a round of the World Rally Championship, until it due to lack of funding and organization lost the world championship status in 2003 for many years. The Kenyan government is trying to regain the world championship status. Since 2003, the event is part of the African Rally Championship.
The Kenyan Shekhar Mehta was the most successful participants with five wins.
