Sant'Angelo del Pesco
Sant'Angelo del Pesco is a municipality ( comune ) Italian province of Isernia in Molise Apennines with 373 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012). The municipality is situated approximately 32 km north-northeast of Isernia in the Sangro and directly borders the province of Chieti.
History
The community was founded in 1000 and initially carried the name Sant'Angelo del Grifone. In 1320 it was Sant'Angelo del Pesculo.
Traffic
Passing through the municipality, the former State Road 558 Sangritana ( seconda ) (now provincial road ) of Archi to Castel di Sangro.
