Simon Bodenmann
Simon bottom man (born 2 March 1988) is a Swiss professional ice hockey player who plays for the Kloten Flyers in the Swiss National League A since the 2006/07 season.
Career
Floor man completed his junior time when EHC Kloten. On 19 December 2006 he made his debut for the Kloten Flyers in the National League A in the game against the Rapperswil -Jona Lakers. The following season, he came increasingly used and was also loaned out to EHC Winterthur. In addition, he played games for the U20 national team, which played at the time in the National League B, as well as occasional games for the elite A-Juniors. In the 2008 /09 season he completed back some inserts for the Flyers, among other things, he also came for the first time in a play-off game for use. The biggest part of the season, however, he spent the HC Thurgau in the National League B. Since the 2009/10 season, he is an integral part of the NLA team Kloten Flyers. In the 2010/11 season he was behind Matthias Bieber 's second highest scorer on the team. His contract runs until 2015
Internationally
Simon bottom man played in 2006 for the Swiss U18 national team at the U18 World Championships. In addition, he played three games for the U20 national team. On 9 November 2010 he came for the first time in the men's national team of Switzerland used. At the World Championships in 2013 in Stockholm and Helsinki, he was the first part of the championship squad of the national team and won the silver medal with this.
