Steinen, Rhineland-Palatinate

Stones ( local dialect: Stääne ) is a municipality in the Westerwald district in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality of seltzer (Westerwald ). Stones is a nationally recognized tourist.

Geographical location

Stones is 5 km from Herschbach and 7 km from seltzer (Westerwald ) in the Westerwald Lake. In the competition, our village is beautiful - our village has a future Award stones several times.

Parish council

The local council in stones consists of six council members, who were elected at the municipal election held on 7 June 2009 by majority vote, and the honorary mayor as chairman.
