Steve Souza

Steve " Zetro " Souza ( born March 24, 1964) is an American singer. He is a member of the band Dublin Death Patrol and Hatriot. Previously, he was active for Exodus and Testament precursor legacy.

Career

Souza 1983 singer of the band Legacy. He sang two years later, the demo First Strike is Deadly, but changed shortly after the band Exodus, because there he hoped to better opportunities. There he became the successor of Paul Baloff that was previously fired from Exodus. In Souza's recommendation was Chuck Billy new singer for Legacy, which later changed their name to Testament. Since Baloff was extremely popular with the fans, Souza had initially a hard time and was partially thrown at the first concerts with beer bottles. For Exodus Souza sang on four studio albums before the band broke up in 1992.

Souza returned to the music business back and began a retraining and worked as a foreman in a company that installs security doors later. In 2001, reformed itself Exodus a second time with Baloff as a singer. After Baloff but a year later died of a stroke Souza returned back to Exodus and sang the album Tempo of the Damned. After -band disputes Souza was fired in mid-2005 and replaced by Rob Dukes.

Along with Chuck Billy Souza founded the band Dublin Death Patrol, which so far released two studio albums. In 2009, sang on the album Soverign of the Canadian band Tenet. Two years later, Souza co-founded with guitarist Kosta Vavratakis the band Hatriot to play in the meanwhile Souza's sons Cody and Nicholas.
