Supercupa României

The Romanian Football Supercup (Romanian Supercupa României ), is a 1994 by the Romanian Football Federation ( FRF) aligned football competition between the champions of the first division and the winner of the Cup. The game takes place before the start of the new season. If a team reaches the double of league and cup, the Supercup takes place. Principal venue was demolished in 2008 Lia Manoliu Stadium in Bucharest. Since 2012, the new National Stadium in Bucharest Arena Naţională is the venue for the Supercup game.

Current title holder (2013 ) is Steaua Bucharest, who is also the record holder of the trophy with six wins. It follows Rapid Bucharest with four hits.
