Tauche

Dive ( Lower Tuchow ) is a large-scale, municipality in the southwest of the district Oder-Spree in Brandenburg. Today's large-scale settlement was established in 2001 by the merger of essentially eleven municipalities. Another church was incorporated by Act 2003. The municipal area is identical to the existing 1992 and 2003 diver's Office ( 1992-1994 Office Dive / Trebatsch called ).

Geography

The municipality is located on both sides of the Spree between Schwieloch and sub- Spreewald in forests and many lakes. The community is just a few kilometers away from the city Beeskow. It is bordered to the north to the Office Scharmützel the municipality and Rietz- Neuendorf, on the northeast by the official free city Beeskow, on the east by the official free Friedland, on the south by the Office Love Rose / Upper Spreewald ( Dahme- Spreewald), in the southwest the municipality and märkische Heide ( also the district of Dahme -Spreewald ) and to the west by the official free city Storkow (Mark).

Districts

After the main articles of incorporation, the municipality is divided into the following districts ( source to the Sorbian name ):

  • Briescht Lower ( Bresc ) Briescht has about 200 inhabitants and is traversed by the river Spree. The first mention, then as Brist, place dates back to 1490th The name comes from the Slavic meaning birch, as in the village said to have been a birch grove and there still birch are also present today. In addition Briescht has a nearly 72 -meter-long wooden drawbridge, the oldest and longest in this circle

History

Office Dive

On 9 September 1992, the Minister of the Interior issued the Brandenburg his consent to the formation of the Office Dive / Trebatsch. As the time of conclusion of the Office September 15, 1992 has been set. The agreement was to expire on September 15, 1994, the Office had its headquarters in the town of diving and initially consisted of eight municipalities in the former county Beeskow. :

The communities Briescht, Mittweide, Trebatsch and Werder (all Beeskow county ) the Office Dive / Trebatsch 4 AMTSO were assigned in accordance with § 1 para. The limitation of the consent was revoked as of 16 September 1994. The agreement on the abolition of limitation was associated with the approval for renaming the Office of the Official Dive / Trebatsch in office diver. The Ministry of the Interior gave the community Trebatsch 4 April 1998, the additional title Leichhardt community. As of 31 December 2001, the municipalities Briescht, Falkenberg, Giesendorf, Görsdorf merged with Beeskow, Kossenblatt, Lindenberg, Mittweide, rancidity, diver, Trebatsch and Werder to the new community diver. October 26, 2003, the municipality Stremmen was incorporated by law in the community diver. The Office diver was dissolved, the community diver official free.
