Terje Riis-Johansen

Terje Riis- Johansen ( born March 15, 1968 in Skien ) is a Norwegian politician.

In 1991 he was selected for the Centre Party in the city council of Skien and in the Fylkesversammlung of Telemark. From 1993 to 1997 he was a deputy in the Storting. From 2005 he was a Minister in the second cabinet Stoltenberg, first for agriculture and food, since 20 June 2008 to 4 March 2011 for oil and energy.

Riis- Johansen also has rich experience in organizations, including 1989-1991 he was the Corporate Executive Committee of the Norwegian Rural Youth Association, 1995-1997 Vice Chairman of the organization No to the EU and 2000-2005 on the board of the Norwegian Farmers' Association.
