Vuelta a Mallorca
The Mallorca Challenge is a series of one-day races for professional cyclists on the island of Mallorca.
The Mallorca Challenge was designed as a stage race, where you can at any time on or off. As this was not approved by the UCI, five one-day races originated in the category 1.1. Since 2005, these include the UCI Europe Tour. Up to and including 2009, there was still a general classification, in which those who counted, who had denied all five races. Points for the UCI standings, however, were even then only awarded for each one-day races. The series takes place every year in early February. During this time, many professional teams are in addition to the training camp in Mallorca, so that there too many stars can be seen.
