Øystein Djupedal

Øystein Kåre Djupedal ( born May 5, 1960 in Oslo) is a Norwegian politician ( SV). He was first elected in 1993 to the Storting (county Sør -Trøndelag ), where he served until 2009. He held several positions, including the finance committee.

In the cabinet of Jens Stoltenberg, he was up to 18 October 2007 Science Minister. After his departure, the Ministry has been restructured.
